IMPORTANCE OF SILENCE IN YOUR LIFE

           We often might  have heard the saying , " Speech is silver but Silence is Golden." Yes, guys this so true and very much relateable to the situations which we come across in our Day to day life .

Silence is never empty, it's always full of Answers.

            We all some times get so carried away in our hectic schedules and our daily life that we forget that what's the main purpose of what we are trying to do. " Isn't it important to know that what exactly we want ? ". The most important thing is that in this chaos, we must know that where we are heading towards in life . To know this it becomes very much necessary that we give sometime to ourselves to find the answer. The answer always lies within us whereas we keep searching it outside. The first step to find your calling or to find any solution to your problem is to have a calm and peaceful mind. Here, I m not telling you to go for a long break or reside in some place where there is no chaos or unnecessary noises. That's not what I believe. Though you can always go to relax yourselves . But, Silence and calmness are both a part of inner science, they have nothing to do with the outside world. 

              I strongly believe no matter what goals do we have in our life, Our Ultimate goal in life should always be like ," Being like a Peaceful animal who is busy churning his food in the middle of the heaviest traffic.." Well, I hope you got what exactly I wanted to say.

             Today, I m here to make you aware of the importance of Silence in your life . Let us know this with a beautiful story. I am sure by end of this story you will definitely learn a lot and start implementing the role of Silence in your life to find your solutions. So, Guys 

let's get started. 

                  There was a farmer who was busy working in his field on a sunny day. He was so engrossed in his work that he lost his expensive watch . The farmer realized this when they day was to end . Few hours were left to dawn. The watch was although very expensive but the sentimental feeling attached to that watch was much more costlier. The farmer was very much depressed and sad. It was the same watch which his father had gifted to him. It was priceless for him . He started searching the watch in the farm. But, he didn't knew where he lost his watch as he was very much busy in his work. After, searching for a very long time and failing to find the watch the farmer sat on the ground in despair. There were few people coming from their work as it was getting late. The farmer asked for help and agreed to reward them heavily if they find the lost watch. Soon, all of them got busy in searching the watch . The field was wide enough. It was not possible to search the whole field. 

                  After, searching for a long time the people also gave up. Eventually, it was very late and sun had already dawn. Darkness took over everywhere. The farmer had lost his hope and was weeping continuously. He started to pack up his belongings and leave for his home. Suddenly, a little boy came running towards the farmer and asked him the reason for which he was crying.

The farmer told him about his lost watch . The little boy wanted to help him . But, the farmer refused as he had tried a lot already. He didn't wanted to waste more time as it was already very late and dark. The little boy requested to give him a last chance and assured that he will find the watch . Hearing this, the farmer finally agreed. 

 

               The little boy went running towards the field. After reaching there he sat on the ground. The little boy was adamant to find the watch . He sat there in silence. He closed his eyes and started taking some deep breaths to calm himself and his mind. He was in complete state of silence . His state of awareness increased and he was paying attention to all the small noises that were happening in the field. Between the midst of the sounds of insects he was trying to pay attention to the sound of ticking of the watch . The silent mind gave him the direction towards the watch. Following to the sound of ticking of the watch , the little boy finally found the lost watch of the farmer. The boy was completely overjoyed and started dancing. He soon ran to give this good news to the farmer. 

                      The farmer was shocked as no one was able to find the watch and this little boy had done this within no time. The farmer  happily Embraced  the little boy and appreciated him with huge rewards. The farmer and the little boy both went home happily.

                  The story very much explains us that how important role SILENCE plays in our life . 

               In the process of chasing our dreams we forget to take care of the process itself . Silence is an powerful tool to know yourself better. It is much more powerful than words because it takes effort to keep. These days it is very difficult for people to stay still and silent as the mind is continuously bombarded with all kind of information irrespective of the fact whether they need this or not. 

                You see in life, the same thing happens with us . As in the story the people and the farmer were busy finding the lost watch in the field without paying attention to how can they find the watch. They were Searching outside Whereas the little boy found the watch in his silence . We too often search solution to our problems outside knowing that the solution lies within us. Modern humans have lost touch with their inner " True Self". Silence and stillness are the means to recover the lost happiness. The way to contentment has to go through SILENCE.
