Hmm, I hope you all are enjoying your beautiful journey on my blog and not missing  to learn something New. 

Today, we are going to discuss about the Strengths and Weaknesses. Yes, you heard it Right!!
We all have strengths and weaknesses both within us. We must always focus on our strength and try to get rid of our weaknesses by trying to Master  over them . But, there can be some cases where you can't do anything about your weakness . So, in that case You must always try to work on your Strengths so that your weaknesses don't come between your Goals.

 Let me tell you a beautiful story ! This will give you an best example of -

HOW TO TURN YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTH??

There was a master and a student. The student was young little boy who had just lost his left arm in a accident.His dream was to learn Martial arts. He wanted to learn Judo.Although, he was aware of the fact that he had just lost his left arm in an car accident. The Master agreed to teach him. He was impressed by his urge to learn Judo. Soon, the boy started his lessons with his Judo Master. 

               The boy was a very good learner. He was really doing well. It had been three months since he had started his training. He was surprised that his Master had taught him only One Single Move. 
One day the boy went to his Master and asked," Master, shouldn't I be learning more moves?". The Master smiled and replied,

" This is the only move 
you know and this is the 
only move that you will 
ever need to know"-

                 The boy was still confused but he had faith in his Master and continued his Training.  After several months of  hard training the Master took the boy to his First Tournament Match. Surprisingly, the boy easily won his first Match. He Kept on winning many matches. In one of his match, His opponent did manage to give him a tough Fight But, he made a mistake and lost to that Boy. The Boy all had used his One Single move to win all his matches. Still not believing the boy was totally amazed when he reached the Finals!!

                 This time his opponent was much Stronger, Bigger and an experienced one!. The boy appeared that his was nowhere fit for this Match. Concerned that the Boy might get hurt, the Referee called a Time out. He was about to stop the match when the Master intervened. The Master insisted the Referee to let him continue the Match. the Match was started. Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a blunder Mistake: He dropped his Guard in Confidence. Instantly, the boy used his move to Pin him. The boy won the Tournament.

                    On the way home, the Boy and the Master were discussing about the moves in each and every match that how it helped him to win the Tournament. Then, the Boy gathered the courage to ask his master , actually What was really going on in his Mind.  He asked, " Master, How did I win the tournament with only one move?". The Master replied ,

" You won for Two Reasons ," the Master answered. The First reason was that you have almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in all of Judo.

And second, the only known counter defense for that move is for your opponent to grab your Left arm."  











            
  This is How the boy's Biggest weakness  turned into his Biggest Strength.

       You see in Life, we all have something within us that can make the difference for us . All we have to do is to work on them relentlessly. You see, Has it ever happened that your performance and results have been Judged by a Single Subject. No, that's not true. It's not necessary that you need to be Best in everything. Your favourite subjects and your strengths will help you to cover some of your weak subjects .

                So, all I can say is that you must work on your strengths and try to overcome your weaknesses.

    I am not worried about 100 moves which you have practiced once. I am worried about that one move which you have practiced 10,000 times.
