                     Welcome Guys !! Today's Topic is going to play an very important Role in your life. I Myself Personally don't want you to miss this. Yes, I have decided to write on this topic as I have noticed that this is very much  the need of the Hour!! . Before Getting started I have just one question for all of You.

What Is that One Simple thing which makes Your  life Intresting ?

You all might be having your own answers for this. It's Okay here. No Offence!!

But, If you ask me, I would say the answer is " PROBLEMS".

Yes!! My dear Friends it is the Problems that we face in life which actually gives meaning to our life and  help us in shaping our lives for the Better. Without Problems life is  meaningless. 

So, Where are we going Wrong ??

To Tackle any kind of situation or the problem, it is must to have a proper Understanding towards the Problem. To be honest, No situation can ever be a problem for you unless you yourself consider it as a  Problem. All you need is a proper understanding to figure it Out!

 You can have a proper understanding based on your past experiences and situations which you have faced and overcomed in Life. But, the problem is that sometimes we get stuck somewhere and it becomes very tough for us to come out of it. We keep wandering around the Bush instead of hitting the Target. Our wandering creates confusion in our mind. This confusion makes us think more towards the situation leading to a new problem called OVERTHINKING.

You see... actually you were trying to figure out a situation which was earlier not a problem but your overthinking towards the situation has created a problem. Its Not wrong to say that OVERTHINKING itself is Problem. So, definitely it is bound to generate more problems for you. As the chain continues it will be creating more Problems for you. You would be surprised to know that most of us don't even know that we are OVERTHINKING and deny it to consider as a Problem. Due to this kind of mentality we are left out of the Box to FIX this.












          


                               We all know that we must always Think Positive and Implement Positive thinking in our lives. But, the Problem with people is that they didn't get this properly. We all have created a huge Myth around us that we must think positive and somewhere got so Obsessed with it that all we do is Think Positive.

Okay, What is Positive Thinking ??

Positive thinking is not about expecting that everything will work in your favour or all must be just perfect for you so you try hard to think Positive and create your Own Fantasy world.

Instead, Positive thinking must be like No Matter what happens in life !! Be it GOOD or Be it BAD your attitude must be like, " I'll be Fine". This kind of thinking I believe is called Positive Thinking. You see life is so much unpredictable. If you have your attitude as like everything will go in your favour just because of you staying Positive towards it will most of the times land you in Depression. It can even make you feel devastated. This will eventually lead you to Negative Thinking.

 When you start thinking Negative, Your slowly falling in the Trap of OVERTHINKING. You just can't make your mind in this case. Fear of making Decision, Procastination and your Lazy attitude in such cases add more trouble to you. You just try to escape the Problem instead of finding Solution.

 The most important factor which I believe that contributes to Overthinking is "ASSUMPTIONS".










                       

                              




                            All my life I have learned that Assumptions are good Only in Physics and Mathematics. They can screw you like anything if you apply this in your Life. Yes, we must put a STOP to all the assumptions and Judgement we make about evrything in our Life. In simple words never ever try to be a JUDGE.

                                        Take a simple example. Suppose, You want to talk with someone urgently. The Call might be very important for you. Just By chance if that person misses the call by some reason or it Got disconnected due to some network issue. The ideal solution in this case must be that you should simply tell yourself," I Don't Know ". Yes, You just don't know the Reason behind this. But all you do is start creating your own stories and assumptions Which creates a problem of OVERTHINKING for you. We just don't understand that such things are so simple to avoid and ignore. But it is We who choose to make it complicated for ourselves and Others too.

                          You See in Life, Whenever you think that your OVERTHINKING on some kind of issue just ask yourself," Does this need so much Importance?". Your Mind will give you the answer. Sometimes, all you need to do is figure out the Source that which thought made you think so Deep. Once you find it try to fix that First. This will help  you to solve your Problem without stressing yourself  to think further.  In Some cases, If you are still not able to Figure it Out, Relax Yourself and have some Patience. Things will be Clear for You. Give yourself some time and Trust in the PROCESS. Letting Go is the best option You have sometimes. Just Breathe some Fresh air Out and Be Grateful for this Beautiful LIFE.

I hope this article helps you to overcome your Problem related to OVERTHINKING and make your Life Happy and Peaceful!!.
